چکیده
Abstract The purpose of the research is to evaluate impact different kinds information disclosures milk labels, investigating interest among consumers based on their consumption behaviours and characteristics. In this research, all actions which lead a healthiness, become expressions production process, consumers’ food choices, purchase, preparation, also self-production. Therefore, in “health creation” knowledge about “investments”. context, label tangible expression kind “investment”. question is: what do purchase preferences characteristics have towards provided? Several disclosures, both mandatory voluntary, are investigated. some choice attributes will be analysed as indicators consumer’s behaviour relation his investment information. methodology used for analysis an Ordered Logit. has been performed by transposing Ménard’s firm corporate governance (Ménard, Agribus. 34:142–160, 2018) consumer producer welfare equity. reduction asymmetry cost producer, may able measure how much it would convenient invest reduction, toward personal acquisition.
